Gateway to College National Network supports communities in building sustainable pathways for disconnected youth (former high school dropouts) to a high school diploma and a meaningful college credential.
We accomplish this goal through three strategies:
GATEWAY TO COLLEGE
Our core strategy is to support and replicate Gateway to College programs around the country. Through Gateway to College, students who have dropped out of high school or are significantly off track complete their high school diplomas at our college-based programs while simultaneously earning college credits toward a postsecondary credential.
We design and implement community-wide initiatives to ensure that disconnected youth are back on track, college and career ready.
We inform our partners and the public about effective ways to serve our student population by conducting and disseminating original research on disconnected youth.
