The Opportunity Youth Job Fair will offer immediate job opportunities with more than 30 Portland- and SW Washington-based employers.

If you are between the ages of 16 and 24 and are not working or attending school, this Job Fair is for you!  Even if you are, this Job Fair has opportunities for all interested young people.

Participate as an Employer at the Fair

In Portland and nationally, unemployment rates are near record lows. In our region, however, more than 12% of 16 to 24 year olds are out of school and out of work.

By connecting Opportunity Youth (16 to 24 year olds who are out of school and out of work) with jobs that will help them gain valuable skills and experience that place them on a pathway to a meaningful career, we can help our region’s employers close a growing skills gap. More importantly, we’re placing some of our most vulnerable youth on a pathway to a future in our community where they will be able to afford homes, raise a family, and contribute to our region’s vitality.

We anticipate this being a high-profile event, with up to 2000 youth in attendance. If you have hiring needs and would like to participate in the fair, please contact:
