Let's meet up! Gateway to College National Network is committed to working with a diverse group of partners to foster the national discussion on out-of-school youth.

Just as the students we serve need multiple pathways to achieve their educational goals, solving the dropout crisis will take multiple stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds. That's why GtCNN is committed to facilitating forward-thinking trainings and events to get conversations started. Find your community here by joining an event, webinar, info session or training.

Oregon stands 47th in the nation in high school graduation rate, with only 74% of our students graduating on time. Programs like Gateway to College are designed to improve these dismal graduation rates by focusing on some of our community's most vulnerable students.

What works to reengage these students? What can we do as a community to ensure that more young people graduate high school on a pathway to a meaningful postsecondary credential? A panel of Portland-area students who were off track or out-of-school will share what led them back to educational success, and provide insight on what our community can do to serve more students like them.

Refreshments and dessert will be served. Brown bag lunches are welcome and encouraged.

Please join Gateway to College National Network on November 3rd for RE:Connect, a fundraiser in support of Oregon’s off-track and out-of-school youth!

Oregon students need more pathways to careers and family-wage employment. Oregon is 47th in the nation in on-time high school graduation. We need to change this. Gateway to College supports communities in building sustainable pathways for disconnected youth to a high school diploma and a meaningful college credential.

Event highlights include delicious local fare, wine, and beer; a chance to network with local business and education leaders; silent auction, live music, and inspiring program; and an opportunity to positively shape the lives and futures of Oregon youth.
